1. One head & Shoulder photo per entrant must be uploaded or emailed with each entry form

2. Entry fees are non refundable

3. Makeup guidelines will be given in a brief

4. Judge’s decision is final an no correspondence will be entered to thereafter

5. Judges will be professional and judging will be done in fair and honest manner

6. Organizer and crew will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered during the competition

7. Professional photographer will be available and photo package is compulsory

8. Finalists will be required to sell no more than 5 gala tickets (R300 each)

9. Any Misbehaviour or interference conversation with judges by a contestant, parent or coach may lead to disqualification on immediate effect.

10. Organizers have the right to change or alter the age group in accordance to the number of entries received

11. Should the contestant be selected as a finalist, she will be required to collect a sponsorship fee of R 3000 in a period of 3 months. If the contestant is entered as a finalist, she will be held responsible to hand in sponsorship of R3000 in the correct the frame given- Should the finalist withdraw anytime in between she will be held liable to still hand in this sponsor amount in the correct given time.

12. All finalists will receive a finalist’s sash and official T-shirt- and bag

13. Please familiarize yourself with the pageant procedures

14. Contestant must enter the correct age category as on 1 October 2025

15. Finals will be held in Klerksdorp- North West, South Africa

16. No category winners of 2024 may enter same category as 2025

17. Sponsorship fee and ticket fees will be divided into 3 payments and are due accordingly:

• 1st payment: R1550 @ 30 March 2025

• 2nd payment R1550 @ 30 May 2025

• 3rd payment R1500 @ 30 July 2025

• All optional payments due 30 June 2025

• Photo package due R400 @ 30 August 2025

To hand in at registration:

• 5 x non perusable food items

• 5 x toiletry items

• 2 x compulsory Christmas shoe boxes (content to be provided)

Top 5 contestants in each category will receive a opportunity to represent SA at Ultimate Miss International 2026

Category souvenirs required (15-20)

If a category does not exceed 10 contestants the cash prize will be reviewed and communicated.
